Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat

Upon your arrival in Morocco, we will welcome you at Mohamed V Airport and drive you to Casablanca before continuing to Rabat. In Casablanca, your Moroccan tour will begin with a visit to one of the largest mosques in the world, the renowned Hassan II Mosque. In Rabat, Morocco’s captivating capital city, you’ll visit the Hassan Tower and the Oudaya Kasbah. For your first night in Morocco, you will check into a riad located in the vibrant heart of the Medina
Day 2: Rabat – Chefchaouen

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the riad before embarking on your journey to Chefchaouen via Asilah. Explore Asilah, a city renowned for its annual art festival, where artists from around the globe come together to leave their artistic touch on Medina’s walls. Visit the Skalla fortress for a stunning view of both the Medina and the ocean. If time allows, this Morocco Cultural Tour will take you through the city of Tangier before continuing to the Rif Mountains, ultimately arriving in the picturesque town of Chefchaouen.
Day 3: Morocco Tour in Chefchaouen

Enjoy breakfast at your riad before exploring “The Blue City of Morocco,” Chefchaouen, on this third day of your Morocco cultural tour. Nestled at the base of the mountains like a natural gem, Chefchaouen presents a unique spectacle with its white and blue buildings, whose windows seem to blend seamlessly with the clear sky. What sets this city apart from other places in Morocco is its Spanish influence, a legacy of its occupation, which harmoniously merges with the Moorish architecture. After lunch, take your time to wander through the city, discovering its hidden gems and charming corners.
Day 4: Morocco Tour to Fes via Volubilis and Meknes

After a revitalizing breakfast at your riad, embark on your journey to Fes, passing through Ouezzane and the ancient Roman site of Volubilis, located about two hours from Chefchaouen. Volubilis, once a Roman outpost dating back to 225 BC, still preserves many of its original mosaics, considered among the most beautiful in Morocco. You will join a guided tour to delve deeper into the history of the Roman Empire through the ruins of this captivating city. Continuing your guided Morocco tour, you will arrive in Meknes, where you’ll visit the renowned Bab Mansour gate, constructed by Sultan Moulay Ismail in Morocco’s Ismaili capital. You will also explore the granary and Sahrij Souani, once used for irrigation and agriculture. After departing Meknes, you will travel to the city of Fes via the highway.
Day 5: Full Day Tour in Fez

After your breakfast, start your private guided tour in Fez at 9 am which includes the Mellah, the Medina and souks, the famous tanneries, the exquisite mosques and madrasas, the famous Fes pottery kilns, a tour around the ramparts with its many babs (gates), and a visit to the renowned Museum of Moroccan Art.
Starting with a drive via the Mechouer to the impressive Dar el Makhzen to stop for some 15 minutes at the Royal Palace with its magnificent seven bronze gates before continuing to the Borj Sud for a panoramic view of the Medina. Off now down to start the walking tour of the labyrinth of the ancient Fes Medina (a UNESCO World Heritage Site); including the colourful es-Sebbaghine with its Street of the Dyers; the brass and copperware workers at es-Seffarine; on through the winding alleyways to the impressive el-Quarawiyyin Mosque and University, a stroll into the past to the wonderful mosque and adjacent aromatic Souq of el-Atterine of spices and vegetables; the beautiful el-Atterine Medersa; the Kissaria and Draz Quarters and the renowned tanneries on the bank of the Oued Fes.
Now on to the delightful el-Nejjarine Square with its plaza, fountain, caravanserai, and woodwork craftsmen. Nearby, there is a stop for a very welcome light lunch (drinks not included) at the delightful Restaurant Palais Mnebhi. Afterward, to the Dar Batha and visit of the Museum of Moroccan Art before rejoining your vehicle at the Bab Boujloud. That’s the walking done for the day, for now, you will drive to the 16th-century Potters’ Quarter (Fakhkharin), not far from the present-day Bab Ftouh in an area called Guerouaoua, to watch the artists working at their kilns and, perhaps, to buy some of their unique clayware. Back into the vehicle for a tour around the magnificent ramparts with their beautiful babs and up to the sixteenth-century Saadien watchtower at the North Borj for yet another, but so different, panoramic view of this city of 1001 Nights. So much history, so much variety, and so many memories to be captured before returning finally to your hotel at the end of an exceptional day.
Day 6: Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Khenifra – Imilchil

After breakfast, set off from Fes towards Ifrane, a village nestled in the mountains, known for its European alpine charm that has earned it the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.” As you continue toward Imilchil, you’ll catch glimpses of both the Middle Atlas and High Atlas mountains. The next stop on this remarkable Morocco Cultural Tour is Azrou, a Berber village located within the largest cedar forest in Morocco, famous for its population of Barbary apes. Here, you can immerse yourself in the authentic Berber culture while enjoying the stunning Moroccan landscape. Khenifra will be your lunch stop before continuing to Imilchil.
Day 7: Imilchil

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, as today’s adventure will take you deep into this captivating region. The journey starts in a 4WD vehicle, with an option for a 3-hour hike to Lake Isli, a breathtaking natural wonder. This serene spot is perfect for a picnic lunch, after which you will return to Imilchil, a village rich in Berber culture. The final stop on your Morocco holiday for the day is a visit to a local Berber family’s home, where you will experience the renowned warmth and hospitality of the Berber people.
Day 8: Imilchil – Rich – Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

After enjoying breakfast at your accommodation, you will set off on your journey towards the desert. Traveling to Errachidia via the city of Rich, today’s experience immerses you fully in authentic Berber culture. As you pass through the countryside, you will witness Berber families working in their fields and children walking through the valleys, before arriving in Rich, located near the lush Ziz Valley. From this point, the landscape transforms dramatically as you approach the desert and the city of Errachidia. The Morocco Cultural Tour continues alongside the Ziz Valley, with several stops to take in the stunning views. As you journey forward, more Berber villages will greet you before reaching Erfoud, and then Rissani, the birthplace of the current Alaouite dynasty. Day 9: Morocco Desert Tour in Erg Chebbi

As you travel through the valley, you’ll witness a spectacular and unique landscape, often referred to as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs,” a paradise for photography enthusiasts with endless breathtaking views. Kalaa M’gouna, also known as “The Rose City,” is famous for its rosewater, which leaves a soft and pleasant fragrance on your clothes that lingers long after you leave.
Continuing through Skoura and the Dades Valley, you will visit the well-preserved Kasbah Amridil, offering a glimpse into Morocco’s historical architecture. After an exciting morning, you’ll stop for lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the valley.
Next, you will arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa” for its iconic landscapes, featured in numerous international films. Here, you have the option to join a movie studio tour and explore original sets and props used in films such as Gladiator, The Last Temptation of Christ, and The Mummy.
Day 12: Ouarzazate — Ait Ben Haddou — Tizin’Tichka Pass — Marrakech

On this new day of your exciting Morocco Cultural Tour, after breakfast, you will set off towards Marrakech. Your first stop will be the historic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in the 18th century by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains. Today, Ait Ben Haddou is still home to several Glaoui families. Continuing your journey, you’ll drive through the stunning Tizi n’Tichka Pass, standing at 2,260 meters, and cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains. By the end of the day, you will arrive in the vibrant city of Marrakech.
Day 13: Full Day Tour in Marrakech

Marrakech, known as “The Red City of Morocco,” offers a rich cultural experience. After a delightful breakfast at your riad, you’ll embark on a guided tour of this vibrant city. Your professional guide will take you to key cultural landmarks, including the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the iconic Koutoubia Minaret, and the Ben Youssef Koranic School. Once in Essaouira, you’ll explore the Skala Fortress, admire the intricate work of artisans crafting beautiful pieces from Thuya wood, and wander through the medina’s narrow alleys filled with shops and handicrafts.
Known as “The City of the Wind,” Essaouira draws surfers from all over the world.
