Rachid — Senior Travel Leader
Rachid grew up in the Sahara Desert itself, not visiting it as a tourist attraction but living inside its rhythms — which explains why he’s the one who tends to catch the detail everyone else missed. He holds a master’s degree in Operations and Hospitality Management from Tangier, and at Morocco Private Trip, that combination of desert upbringing and formal training means trip logistics rarely go sideways on his watch. Off the clock, he’s usually either riding waves on the Atlantic coast or looking after horses.
Ali — Senior Travel Leader
Ali was raised inside the old Medina of Fez — a labyrinth most travelers need a guide just to feel comfortable navigating, and one he’s known his entire life. He earned a master’s in Operations and Hospitality Management in Tangier before joining Morocco Private Trip, where he now designs the kind of Morocco itineraries he wished more visitors got to experience growing up. Outside of work, he volunteers with a local NGO running education and medical outreach in rural Morocco.
Ahmed — Finance & Accounting Manager
Ahmed grew up in Rabat and studied Business Administration at Al Akhawayn University before finding his way into travel — a shift he describes less as a career change than as finally following what actually interested him. At Morocco Private Trip, he keeps the numbers honest behind every custom itinerary. When he’s not improving his German, he’s usually got a book open.
Sara — HR Manager
Sara was born and raised in Meknes, and holds both a Bachelor’s in Economics and Law and a Master’s in Strategic Management. Her job at Morocco Private Trip is to find and keep the kind of talent that makes an itinerary feel personal rather than processed — scouting new team members and managing everyone’s growth once they’re here. Outside the office, she’s the “supermom” of a four-year-old, and never turns down good food or a new place to see it in.
Lamia — Sales Manager
Lamia’s story is Morocco’s geography in miniature: born in Dakhla, raised in Agadir, eventually settled in Tangier. She studied Management and Tourism Strategy, but says her real education came from actually living across the country’s different regions rather than reading about them. That firsthand range is what she draws on when shaping a Morocco Private Trip itinerary. When she’s not working, she’s reading, picking up new skills, or volunteering locally.
Hicham — Transportation & Logistics Manager
Hicham grew up in the seaside town of Essaouira and spent 12 years working across supply chain management before landing at Morocco Private Trip, where he now heads transportation and logistics. It’s the least glamorous job on this list and arguably the most important one — the difference between an itinerary that reads beautifully and one that actually runs on time, safely, every day of your trip.
Fatima — Contracting & Communication Manager
A native of Casablanca, Fatima joined Morocco Private Trip while still finishing her master’s degree — and six years later, still hasn’t lost her enthusiasm for the job. She specializes in the kind of details that turn a good trip into a memorable one: special events, celebrations, the small touches guests remember years later. Outside of work, she’s usually reading, planning her next trip, or catching up with friends.
Hakim — IT Manager
Hakim was born in Marrakech but spent most of his life in Canada, building a career across development and cybersecurity before moving back to Morocco. He’s kept the Morocco Private Trip website and internal systems running smoothly since 2018 — including, fittingly, this one. Outside of work, he games, reads, and keeps exploring new cultures and traditions.
