Rachid was raised in the Sahara Desert and received a master’s degree in operations and Hospitality Management in Tangier. At Morocco Private Trip, as a Travel Leader, he ensures no detail is overlooked and every trip planning runs smoothly. When he is not at work, he rides the big waves in the Atlantic Ocean or takes care of horses.

Hakim

IT Manager

Hakim was born in Marrakech and spent most of his life in Canada. He had a mixed career in development and cybersecurity before moving to Morocco. He has been with our IT department since 2018. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, reading, and exploring new cultures and traditions.

Ali

Senior Travel Leader

Ali was raised in the old Medina Fez and received a master’s degree in Operations and Hospitality Management in Tangier. At Morocco Private Trip, as a travel leader, he loves helping guests create unforgettable travel experiences in Morocco. When he isn’t at work, he dedicates his time to a local NGO that does education and medical outreach in rural Morocco.

Finance & Accounting Manager

Ahmed grew up in Rabat. After obtaining his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University, he followed his dream to continuously find new ways to feed his passion for travel, so working at Morocco Private Trip is a great fit. When he is not taking his German to the next level, he can be found reading a good book.

HR Manager

Sara was born and raised in Meknes and received her Bachelor’s in Economics and Law along with her Master’s in Strategic Management. In her role at Morocco Private Trip, her goal is to constantly scout new talent and manage career development for each team member. Outside of work, she is the supermom of a 4-year-old boy, and loves food and traveling!

Fatima

Contracting & Communication Manager

A native of Casablanca, Fatima joined Morocco Private Trip while also studying for her Master’s degree. Six years later, she’s still in love with her job. She enjoys planning special events, celebrations, and creating everlasting memories. Outside of work, she loves reading a good book, planning her next trip, and hanging out with friends!

Lamia

Sales Manager

Lamia was born in Dakhla, but she spent her childhood in Agadir and finally settled in Tangier. She obtained a degree in Management and Tourism Strategy, but her passion for travel comes from her own experiences living in different locations in Morocco. She loves helping guests create their unique, special Moroccan memories. When she’s not busy curating the perfect Morocco itineraries for travelers, she can be found reading books, mastering a new skill, or giving back to her community through volunteering.

Transportation & Logistics Manager

He grew up in the seaside paradise of Essaouira. Over the last 12 years, he has worked in various positions in supply chain management in different sectors of activity. Today, he is the head of our transportation & logistics division. He is passionate about goal achievement, delivering value, making a difference, and caring about the safety, security, and comfort of our guests throughout any experience.
